yes you should, a secretary job is a job for anyone. Mind you being a secretary you will have to do some sexual favours for your boss but that is a small price to pay for a job…

Most secretaries used to be female because that was one of the only corporate jobs open to them.
I’m a librarian, and that was once a female-dominated field. That, too, is changing.

Go ahead and apply. While they are rare, there are male secretaries, I went to college with one when I was getting my secretarial degree. And there are some business people who actually prefer men to women. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Since most people are becoming gay, it’s likely your boss might be too. If that is the case you should be hired right away. But really, they aren’t supposed to not hire you just because of your sex. But that doesn’t mean they won’t hire the hot chick over you. In fact you might be the only guy who applies which would make you stand out. If you think you can take all the jokes once your hired, then go for it.

Book suggestions please…?
I would like to get some good new books for extra reading but i need suggestions!!!
I read at a higher level, and prefer romance novels.
The Time Travelers Wife, for example, is one of my all-time favorite books!
But I also like historical fiction, like the other Boleyn Girl, or mystery like a Bones series book.
So any suggestion really is appreciated!!
If you liked "The Other Boleyn Girl," try some more Phillipa Gregory. (She’s addictive.)

Also, if you’d be interested in some American-based historical fiction, try the John Jakes bicentennial series that traces one family from pre-revolution to the 20th century. I read these when they were first written (waaaaay back in the 70’s), and still love them.
If you like those detective and forensic things, try Patricia Cornwell’s Kay Scarpetta books. The character herself is a bit unbelievable. She’s a lawyer, M.D., Chief Coroner for the State of Virginia, special consultant to the FBI, oh… and she’s invisible, too. (hee hee. not really) But if you can suspend any cynicism about that, the books are fun to try to figure out, and they read quickly.

Well, Nora Roberts has written a ton of romance novels. Some take place in the present day, some don’t, and some have mysteries involved along with the romance. I have read the trilogy about the Pagan Stone/Blood Brothers so you can check those out. Other romantic books I have read are ones by Nicholas Sparks. I enjoyed "The Notebook," "The Guardian," and "A Bend in the Road." I’m sorry that I don’t know of too many historical fictions that are romantic. I’ve only read ones by people like Dan Brown. "Angels and Demons" has a romantic side-story, so who knows what you’re interested in. I hope you find something!

okay so my assignment for english is:
compare and contrast the language in the book thief and in great expectations how does each other use language to create his characters and establish tone and attitude?
okay now heres what i have so far:
One of the reasons that contributed to the overall excellence in The Book Thief and Great Expectations was the way in which they were narrated. The authors use of language in each book was attention grabbing, exciting, and allows the mind to question what would happen next.
In The Book Thief, the narrator expresses his view on the story without influencing any of the plot events directly. Because of his quick yet informative remarks or explanations, each page was read quicker than the last. In the book Great Expectations, the narration was in first person and told from the memory of a struggling boy.
Each of these books had tones and moods that were influenced from the type of narration they had. For example The Book Thief had a mood that was eerie and surprising because of the way it gave away little bits of information at points, to build up the whole story. Although Great Expectations was all straightforward without any tricks or surprises, the author had a way of drawing one to the boy and making one feel a part of his journey and life struggles.
i know its not great and it needs a lot of work so if anyone has any tips or other things i can add that would be amazing .
oh and you have to have read the book thief and great expectations of course.

Why can i only use the water miracle on Black and White 2?
I may have changed the wrong thing in the GameBalanceMiracle file, But i have done a complete re installation since then. Also why are there things like Verdant Tornado Egyptian buildings and other weird stuff in the GameBalance Folders. Its not that i havent baught them either because they are not in my tribute menu? I have wiped the game completly and installed it again (and patched it) several times. Please help!
They should be in your tribute menu. Check it again. Or build an altar, so maybe you can buy them after its built.

What should I do about my current situation with my parents?
I love my parents but they just are too strict for me to handle. They have put me through alot of stress and now I am starting to feel the effects of it all. I can’t take it much longer and due to all of the stress I am becoming sick. I want to tell them goodbye but don’t know how to do it plus I want to go live with a friend and hopes that comforts me.
I forgot to add details sorry. But I am 17 as of right now and will be 18 in 1 month. My parents are strict by saying that I can’t date till i’m 18 and I can not date any girl outside of my ethnic race. If I decide to date a different race then I will be dis-owned. Meaning I will be left homeless. So that is how they are strict also like I couldn’t ever drive the car by myself I have a license and plenty of other rules. that’s all im saying so I hope that helps.
Don’t be hasty…sit them down and talk to them and politely ask them to cut you some slack. Do rush off to live somewhere else. Strict or not your parents are the ones who will look out for you

I think you need to take a step back and look at the situation from a different perspective.
How are they being "too strict?" If you have an online boyfriend and they keep pressuring you that it’s dangerous, that’s not strict. That’s being a parent. If you are a C student and they are pressuring you to be an A student, then yeah – it’s unfortunate.
I think you need to talk to them and be realistic. Moving out is a band-aid on the situation. You need to work with your parents to find a better solution. LISTENING to them would be a good place to start. Most strict parents are strict for a good reason – because their kids don’t listen.
Also, I think it’s time to look into some de-stressing measures. Try Yoga. Take up a hobby. Work out. Do whatever you can to stay calm. The reality is that you’re going to experience a LOT of stressful situations in life and you need to be able to handle it.

I would either talk to them with an adult you have confided in or have an adult talk to them about the situation. You should not be getting sick over the situation. You need to take care of yourself and maybe in time you can have a different, better relationship with them, if not, it’s their loss, not yours.
