Watched seven pounds last night. It was a great film, if a little confusing. I understand the relevance of the number seven. But why seven pounds?

It is a reference to Shakespeare’s "The Merchant of Venice". In the play, Antonio (the merchant) comes to Shylock, who in essence is a loan shark, to borrow money for a friend. The terms are that if Antonio does not pay back the money Shylock will literally take a pound of Antonio’s flesh as repayment. Antonio defaults on the loan and Shylock (having disliked Antonio for a long time) has him arrested and taken to court to have the contract upheld and extract his pound of flesh. There is a loop hole and everything works out in the end. "A pound of flesh" has come to refer to a severe demand or serious debt that need be satisfied. The movie is called "Seven Pounds" because it refers to the debt Will Smith’s character feels that he owes. He took seven peoples’ lives and he fixes that by changing seven more peoples’ lives. His own "pounds of flesh" repaid with his own sacrifice.

Which Plot Should I Write About First?
I want to write a story and I have tons of ideas, but I don’t know which idea to write about first.
Idea One: Sophia had been born with a cursed prophecy on her shoulder. She has been destined to destroy her whole kingdom and almost everyone within it, and is also proposed to become one of the five evil elemental fairies: Water, Fire, or Earth. Her mother is dead, and her father needs a heir. Sophia has been locked up for life in a tower that keeps her trapped by its magical powers. When her father picks a boy at random to take the throne, he picks Erik Nomed Diamond, a boy who Sophia instantly feels a connection with. But what she doesn’t know was that Erik wasn’t just picked by accident… he’s there for a reason, and when Sophia escapes without his help, the rage that she feels towards her father makes her want to… make the prophecy come true.
Idea Two:
A huntress. It run’s in the family, or so Cassidy’s father said. The first born always took in the job, and began training to become a hunter or a huntress as soon as possible.
Meet Cassidy Demars, a Huntress in almost completed training. She has born into a life she wishes she was born out of. Destined to hunt mythical creatures for eternity (Vampires, witches, etc…), Cassidy wishes she could just be normal, and not be thrust into the world of violence and mythology. When she finally decides to live her own life, she runs away from her family, and she is now being hunted, for the Hunter organization needs Cassidy for a very important raid, and then while on the run, Cassidy meets a very interesting boy… and then she finds out that she needs to kill him.
Idea Three:
Luck. A mere matter of fact statement. It’s what twins Damion and Jade have been living on all there lives. Deserted by there parents at age three, orphaned at age three, and runaways at age sixteen. Everything would have been fine if the gifts hadn’t started to show up…
The eve of there sixteenth birthday, Damion and Jade start to recieve gifts, and at first there nice… until they realize that upon opening the gifts, they don’t become themselves. They become… others.
What Damion and Jade don’t know is that there bodies are wanted by the lost souls of the underground. They are to be taken over and used to defeat the human race, taking those we are willing to be there slaves. Will all be conquered? But the question is… Who will be conquered?
The summaries are a bit long, sorry about that. But I had to get in all the details. Please help!

how there is so few rides at the park yet they have abundant franchises to make a full-fledged top notch Disney pakr that everyone wants to go to. Sadly it’ll be a while before they can fix it as DCA is getting a makeover first. Expect palns to fix the place 2015-2017 and close to completion by the 50th anniversary of the park as every patrk will get something that year that is a major E-ticket and a few smaller attractions. Disney Mgm should get $1.3 billion to retheme the place as well as Animal Kingdom which just needs beastly Kingdom, a redone DinoLand with DinoRama and get XcaV8ter in place of it, a dark ride in Asia and maybe a C-ticket Asian dippinb’ carousel. Bug’s Life should get own land with a mini coaster. Africa could use a coaster and a flume ride. Rafiki Planet Watch should have Lion King rides with a trolley, a petting zoo and a dark ride. These two would be perfect with these addtions. epcot should give world showcase a huge park and future world gets epcot to its self leaving huge expansion space. mk needs a few e-tickets and a d-tcket or two and maybe a c-ticket here and there.

In America it seems that while people have no interest in justice, and want to have him found guilty whether or not he is and be ass raped eternally or executed, they have a problem with watching it. What's your miracle cure for a chronic yeast infection?
ok. i’m just about on my wit’s end. lemme start from the beginning. (oh joy)
i’ve been on ocella birth control (generic of yasmin) for roughly two years. i stopped taking it three days before i was finished with my pack a month ago because i had been doing research on how horrible bc pills, especially the kind i was on, are for your body, & i believed i finally found the cause of my pesistent yeast infection.
i’ve had this infection since late september/early october but didn’t notice it until the end of november. i believe it was brought on by antibiotics i had been taking for shaving bumps. (ridiculous. the wish for beauty is not worth what i’m now going through. & they’ve cleared up on their own since then, without the meds help…great) so it wasn’t brought on by the bc pills, but i think that’s why it’s a persistent monster. as i said, it was quiet. at first i thought my toilet paper was crap because it appeared that i had tiny toilet paper bits all over my lady…bits. as it’s progressed, & after many different treatments, i now have either the same kind of toilet paper-discharge or watery…blah. there’s itching, though it’s nothing to really complain of. what’s the worst is i constantly have the urge to pee because of an inflamed urethra. it is miserable. i’m always the one that makes my friends stop somewhere because i have to drizzle out two drops & it’s a constant reminder of what i’ve been condemned to.
i’ve been diagnosed by a gyno, but she brushed me out of her office like an irritating fly & just agreed with my worries, taking a quick look. i’m going to the doctor to get a dna probe (or whatever) done tomorrow morning, but i’m doubting he can help me much more than i’ve been helped. so far i’ve tried 3-day monistat, terconazole cream, diflucan, terconazole & diflucan, gynatren vaginal suppositories & pills with boric acid & l. acidophilus, & i just got done with a full week of diflucan. i’ve also dne a day or two of tea tree oil on a tampon & the occasional applicator full of organic, no sugar or flavor added yogurt. i’ve followed the instructions exactly & have taken all medicine, except the gynatren (because i was beginning to doubt i had a yeast infection still), for the full dose. it seems like my symptoms are mildly worse after every treatment (except the gynatren), usually the itching, & especially the constant urination during & after treatment. with this last run of diflucan, i felt (& smelt) amazing the first few days, then the day i finished, yesterday, the discharge seemed worse & more "classical" (cottage-cheesey. mmmm) though the itching has somewhat subsided…
i’m desperate. this "minor" issue has evolved into something that’s changing my everyday life & ruining my relationships with people because i can’t pull myself out my funk. & the boy of my dreams finally shares my same feelings, & our sex life is cautious, if even existent. & i’m sick of us being weird with each other because he feels powerless & can’t stand seeing me a mess. (i mean emotionally, of course)
has anyone else had a similar experience? what finally cured you? i keep reading about girls who have yeast infections for years & i’m not ready to deal with that. i turned 18 while having this, suffered through the new year & christmas, probaby valentine’s day as well. at this point, i’m ready to seperate myself from my body. i don’t mean to be dramatic, but i am entirely miserable.
i’ve searched google for hours in my desperation, so don’t give me anything from there. i’m looking for experience & expertise.
i have had sex during all the treatments except for the terconazole cream & the gynatren though i don’t think that would have a big impact? we looking to get my boyfriend looked at as well & have both sworn to stop until i’m better, in case he’s agitating it or reinfecting me. i’ve almost been addicted to chicken burritos from taco bell. i wouldn’t think so, but could any of this be ruining me?
i’m also off sugary foods & pop, & have been for a while. it’s been green tea with honey, water, & chciken burritos.
my period also should show up any day now, tomorrow being the predicted date. it’s my first actual period being off the pill. i’m hoping having an actual, natural & beautifully acidic period might work wonders. but if not, my next plans involve a stronger dose of boric acid for two weeks combined with diflucan. garlic’s also been a consideration.
please save me & my girl! tis has been a good experience in terms of me learning about me & the evil’s of bcs & how the medical field is out to eat women alive, & becoming more aware of the wonders between my legs (cuz i was pretty clueless before this) but 4 months is enough. i’ve learned!!! so please, lend me your intelligence. i would basically owe you my first born.
damn, that was long. x.x but i also forgot to mention that this is my first yeast infection. i am not at all prone to them. i’ve had two bacterial infections that cleared up just fine, those probably due to smoking & the bc pills. i’ve also quit smoking as of 10 days ago.
OWW!!! Tea tree oil on a tampon?! No offense, but that sounds like it would irritate the tissue even worse than the yeast infection!
That said…You both need to be treated-no sex until you’re both better-because yeast infections can be passed back and forth between partners.
Now, as for my "miracle cure," I discovered that I was diabetic. Once my blood sugar was under control, everything went back to normal. You sound like you’ve already tried every trick in the book, though, so you may want to see if there is an underlying condition like BV. And, I hate to scare you, but yeast infections and food obsessions are common in early pregnancy, too.

What about 82 killed yesterday in Pakistan, those killed also followed Islam and they are killing each other on daily basis as an ibadat. Children are not Kashmiris or hindus they are children the true face of God and humanity. Wherever they are killed by humans or so called God( your theory on earthquakes) in Haiti, it is bad it hurts. Please do not make a business out of it and do not mix religion and politics in it. Mourn the dead child.

Please do not divide the world in the name of religion, cast, and skin colour. Man comes first then these divisions. Killing of innocent people can not be supported anywhere. I am also strictly against it. Every where poor people are in crisis. People will decide whom they will stay with. Peaceful protest by the Kashmiri (still Indian) people (get united) could give a positive result. Our Indian solders also have there respective religions. They also have their family. They are also killed every day.They will be more than happy if they do not have to do their duty in Kashmir.
Going with Pakistan will be a great lesson for people like you (If you are innocent and have faith on the almighty).
